The following Rules apply to all WGFR contests, both on and off-air.

1. WGFR contests are open to all WGFR listeners, unless otherwise specified

2. Only one winner or qualifier per household will be allowed. The decision of WGFR is final. All winners will be notified by telephone.

3. Winners must sign an acknowledgement/release prior to receivingtheir prize.

4. All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be picked up within thirty days. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within the thirty days provided. WGFR will not notify winners of the time remaining to claim a prize.

5. All unclaimed prizes become the property of WGFR and/or the contest sponsors.

6. WGFR may give away any unclaimed prize at the end of the thirty day grace period.

7. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of qualified entries.

8. WGFR may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of a prize.

9. Staff members of WGFR, its underwriting sponsors, their affiliates, representatives, and their families or households are ineligible to enter/win.

10. Prizes must be claimed in person, unless otherwise specified. Prizes may be mailed at the discretion of WGFR. WGFR is not responsible for the arrival or condition of prizes delivered via US Postal Service. Proper identification (valid driver's license, passport, state ID, military ID) is required.

11. In "special circumstances," a designated representative will be allowed to accept prize for the winner. Written authorization from the winner including representative's name and ID is required. WGFR will qualify what constitutes a "special circumstance."

12. WGFR is not responsible for defective prizes.

13. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of WGFR, and may be enacted at any time.

14. WGFR, its, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from any on or off-air contests staged by WGFR.

15. All contest entries become the property of WGFR.

16. All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that WGFR has a right to publicize, or broadcast the winner's name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental to the contest for commercial and promotional purposes.

17. All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes is permitted.

18. By accepting any prize, the winner understands and agrees that he/she is responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received.

19. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claims to that prize. WGFR then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a contest runner-up.

20. Sweepstakes/contests are open to legal U.S. residents only.

21. Additional rules, if any, for specific contests will be announced during on-air promotion of the contest.
